Absolutely. No minimum contracts here! Cancel whenever, no questions asked. Too good to be true? It's not. This promise is our way of motivating ourselves to improve our product every day so our customers stay happy.

What's my ROI?

ArchiSnapper users typically save about 4 hours per week. At an hourly rate of $50/hour this is $200 savings per week, at a cost of only $25/month. Per user! A no-brainer.

How can we pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and American Express for monthly payments. For annual payments, we can issue invoices and accept bank transfer. You can also subscribe from our iOS app.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. When you pay for a year up front, you get a 14% discount. We also offer free accounts for teachers and students. Teams over 25 users, please contact support.

What does ”unlimited projects and reports” mean?

Assuming fair usage policy, unlimited means up to 2K projects and 30 inspection reports/user/month. If you need more, please contact support@archisnapper.com for a custom price.

Do you have an API?

Sure. You can upload or download all your data via our JSON API, and fully integrate nearly any backend system. Most of our users do not need API access, so it's available as an optional add-on for $49/month.

Do you offer training?

ArchiSnapper is easy to use, so a training session is not a must. Most of our users onboard themselves in less than 30 minutes. Still, if you want us to help your team get started at full speed, we offer online training sessions at $250 per training.

Will we pay more per user for larger teams or more features?

No. We won’t force you into higher pricing plans just because you have a larger team. That’s simply not our style of doing business.

Do you offer extra services for bigger companies?

Enterprise customers often want to ensure they get the most out of our software. They want to make sure their whole business is using our software properly. You can get a dedicated account manager, 1 training per year, and the option to schedule a yearly feedback call where we listen to your needs and concerns. This comes at $1200/year.
